Hilton Paris Opera Hotel

The location near the main train station was ideal for our travel plans. Comfortable rooms with a spacious layout. The sink drainage issue was frustrating, and the lack of a do-not-disturb sign resulted in unexpected interruptions. The executive suite felt misleadingly small for a premium room. While some aspects were satisfactory, there were significant shortcomings.

The location is perfect for exploring Paris, and our kids loved the live music on Saturdays in the Grand Salon. The staff made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout.

For dads, it would be great if there were more entertainment options for kids.

The hotel offers a beautiful atmosphere and a fantastic location. Rooms can feel small and noise from the street is noticeable, especially from the trains nearby. Service was good, but the executive lounge was a letdown.

Stayed for 4 nights and loved the location! Right by the Saint-Lazare station, so getting around was super easy. The breakfast was a highlight with tons of options, especially all those jams! Just wish housekeeping was more consistent with the coffee supplies.

A Charming Stay in the Heart of Paris!

My family and I enjoyed our 2-night getaway. The breakfast spread was good, especially the mini croissants! We loved the excellent architecture of the common areas. Skipping the bar rush hour allowed for a peaceful experience. Pro tip, visit the lounge during quieter times!

I was in love! My Beautiful Room was a good retreat, complete with heated bathroom floors and a plush every-minute comfort vibe. Plus, the breakfast spread was a dream come true, with a delicious mix of pastries and gourmet options that fueled my Parisian adventures.

I enjoyed my stay with a delicious breakfast spread and the vibrant atmosphere of the nearby grand palais just a short stroll away. Plus, the spacious grand salon was a perfect spot to unwind after my daily adventures.

Excellent location right by Saint-Lazare station. My Beautiful Room had air conditioning, a tv, and a cozy seating area. The luxurious bathroom amenities included a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Enjoyed the fitness center, and the breakfast had tons of options like fresh croissants and organic juices. Staff was super attentive and friendly.

The Hilton offers a fantastic location near major metro links and attractions in Paris. My room was a Beautiful Room, bright and well-maintained, with a coffee machine and complimentary bottled water. The breakfast in the Executive Lounge was diverse, including fresh pastries and quality coffee. Staff were great.

Housekeeping needs improvement as toiletries were not replenished consistently.

I was frustrated with the room assignment. Despite reserving a Twin/Double Superior room, we were given a double bed with no flexibility. Arriving at 10 am, we were told there were no other rooms available, which ruined the start of our stay.
